Return

Would you like to return a product because it doesn't fit properly or you don't like it? No problem! You have 14 days to return it after receiving your order.

Please note that the items you wish to return must be in perfect condition and show no signs of wear.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Dirty or worn clothing cannot be refunded. If the item arrives damaged, we will refund the return shipping costs and replace the item free of charge.

To make the return process as easy as possible for you, simply follow the steps on our returns portal (German/English). You will only need your order number and your email address.

For returns within Germany, you can select DHL for your return in the returns portal. The shipping label will then be sent to you by email after the return has been checked.

For returns outside of Germany, you can choose the option for your own return shipping. Then drop off your package at a parcel shop of your choice. Please keep the receipt until you have received your refund.

Return costs

For returns within Germany, a shipping fee of €3.95 will be deducted from your refund.

For returns outside of Germany, you will receive the full value of the goods and bear the shipping costs for the return yourself. We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number.

Refund

After we have received your return and checked the items, we will refund the amount via the original payment method used for the order.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
