Track a Shipment
To find out your current shipping status, you only need your order number or tracking number. You can find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Instructions for Use
- Go to our tracking portal
- Enter your tracking number or order number in the top field
- Enter your zip code in the bottom field
- Click the "Search" button
- Check the current status of your order
Order Status Information
After entering your tracking number + zip code, the current status of your shipment will be displayed. The following information is provided directly by DHL:
- Estimated delivery date
- Current package location
- Shipping method
- Possible delays or issues

- What happens if my package is delayed?
- Occasionally, delivery delays may occur. In such cases, we will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible and find a solution together.
- Where is the confirmation email for my order?
- Please check the email account you used for your order. Your order confirmation email (as well as your shipping confirmation email if your order is already on its way) should be there. Please also check your spam folder if necessary.
